we ran a very quick (and therefore perhaps not entirely representative poll) of Pharmacy First completions carried out yesterday by pharmacists working in community pharmacy yesterday and most stated they had completed between four and five consultations. They stated that time was not an issue, but did agree that receptionists and patients lacked awareness about the service. But still in one day they they achieved or came close to the threshold of 5 per month required in May.
It seems it can be done. If you find the threshold is too high, perhaps you should be working with us and our people!
