Scammers have already kicked into gear like bees around a honeypot, preying on the vulnerable, which is most of us! Be careful of requests to update your details all of a sudden – especially from sources you don’t recognise.
Why are we bothered about this? Simple!!! We are asking people to update their records with us – but we are not scammers, so we hope we don’t get deleted or consigned to junk/spam. The website updates are taking a bit longer than we had hoped, but as this Crowdstrike issue demonstrates, it is better to test things and make sure they work, than deploy them and find it has gone wrong and needs fixing.
