Are your details up to date and correct?
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We all know the term and it’s meaning, don’t we? If you register with Nightingale Pharmacy Services (NPS) we ask that you consent to us using your information (data) for specific purposes and we are required to ensure that the data is accurate and only used for those purposes, but you knew that already, didn’t you? We, (NPS) are the Data Controller and you are the Data Subject. How we operate under GDPR is detailed in our Privacy Policy We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (I.C.O.) registration number Z9285712.
We are laying the groundwork for creating Secure areas for you to log in and manage your bookings and information yourself to ensure you have more control and input and are able to use your time more effectively and maintain access to the work you want, whether locum of permanent, pharmacy, surgery or hospital areas, pharmacist, technician, dispenser, HCA, nurse. This means we need to ensure whilst we are carrying out a routine check of data that we have not missed anybody’s change of details. We will very shortly be sending out e-mails and/or text messages to ask you to verify your details, so that when the secure areas are set up, you will not have to re-register and we hope to provide a simple guide for you to log in.
A future post will explain what each section of the secure areas will contain and how to update your details on line. Please check back regularly to update yourself on progress.
