Yes, the clock is ticking! To keep us in line with GDPR we are getting close to removing data from our system for anyone who has not requested we keep it OR who have not re-registered via our website. We are required to forget you, whoever you are or how much we like you. This is a formal warning that if you do not act and/or opt in, you will be opted out. This is scheduled to take place by Friday 18th July 2025.

This is important because people do still contact us asking to help them,  yet we do not know who they are! An e-mail or text or Facebook message stating ” Hi. My name is Viv, I’m a Practice Manager looking for a nurse for a surgery in the Liverpool area. Can you help?”

We would like to, but we need more information to be properly able to help you. Contact number/e-mail (if not obvious – and sometimes it isn’t). Surgery details, job description including hours/days of week, start date, experience/qualifications required/employment band or grade, role required, salary range. When are you available to discuss. The list goes on but all these and many other details are required to allow us to get the right person for your job. Get the wrong person and it may cause problems all round and mean starting again to recruit your staff member – meanwhile, the rest of your team get added pressure and stress due to a poor recruitment process.

Let’s get it right, first time. Our pages are being updated at present to make sure we can get the information we need to help you. If there are gaps in the information, we will follow up with you and ensure we have what is needed, so please contact us if the web pages do not meet your needs. Any improvements will be made to prevent it going wrong in future. We try to learn all the  time to improve.

Please help us to help you – register now and let’s keep your details up to date and legal under GDPR. If you require enhanced DBS checks you must be registered with us. If you no longer need us and advise, we will remove your data on request, or as part of our regular GDPR review process.
